TMDK is a subsidiary of Tamaidukka Investment Company Ltd, an indigenous Nigeria Company that was incorporated in 2001, and ventured into petroleum product, trading and services in 2013. TMDK's area of specialization is trading in petroleum products, storing, logistics services & Retailing.
We are a dynamic, innovative and rapidly growing company within downstream sector of oil & gas trading and services. we periodically review our business scope, processes and procedures to accommodate our customers, changing needs so as to provide excellent services to both our existing and potential customers particularly in the areas of safety, security and logistics with effective management.
TMDK commissioned its STORAGE TERMINAL in November, 2022 at Ijegun Satellite town, Lagos with a storage Capacity of 40million liters. TMDK is also launching Five new service station in Kaduna, Kano & Zaria with a combine storage capacity of 3.4 million liters. when commissioned both the terminal and filling station will guarantee uninterrupted supply of petroleum product to our customers and retails stations.

PRODUCT & SERVICES
VENDOR MANAGEMENT INVENTORY OPERATIONS
TMDK with the vendor Management Inventory Operation customers it is allowed to manage customers storage facilities & to guarantee minimum stock level of 65% of your monthly consumption in your storage facility at any given time. The VMI service transfers responsibility for the management of the fuel facilities including procuring, receiving, storing and ensuring the safety and dispensing of the product to TMDK at Clients fuel facility.
Direct Import Direct Supply (DIDS)
DIDS is a service were petroleum products are imported directly on behalf of our client into Nigeria. TMDK offers a new innovative trading platform where our loyal clients get the opportunity of securing their annual product consumption using only a bank guarantee.
SERVICE STATIONS
TMDK has invested in Ultra Mega Service Stations located in 12 States Across Nigeria with the storage capacity ranging from 500,000 to 1 Millions liters. to Guarantee uninterrupted supply of product at affordable price.
LOGISTICS
TMDK has a fleet of 95 trucks with 50,000 & 60,000 liters capacity that comes with different advance tracking and metering system.

TRADING
TMDK Terminal will engage in trading of all types of petroleum product from Direct importation to purchase from PPMC/NNPC or third party traders for onward trading at the depot via TMDK Nominated brokers.
BROKERS BULK SELL
BBS is a new product introduce to the market by TMDK to create more Revenue, and introduce clarity & decency in trading and also Marketing of petroleum product. TMDK nominated brokers will be allocated product at bulk, sells price for onward marketing and selling at the depot. TMDK nominators brokers will see products to marketers and fix price of product allocated to brokers every 72 hours and brokers will have to pay for product before loading out.
ADVANCE STRATEGIC STOCK
ASS is a new product introduce by TMDK to its industrious customers. who would buy product from TMDK and pay in advance or issue a purchase order for the product to be stored on their behalf at TMDK terminal. This will permit TMDK industrial customers to have a guarantee of uninterrupted supply of product during the time crisis.
